gitup is dumping core

I notice your gitup is using github.com. Not sure if it's depreciated
yet, but that came along before the full switch to git. But I know
git.freebsd.org is the source-of-truth now.

On a system without gitup installed, I compiled from /usr/ports and found it
was using git.freebsd.org:

# gitup -v1 ports
# Scanning local repository...
# Host: git.freebsd.org
# Port: 443
# Repository Path: /ports.git
# Target Directory: /usr/ports
# Commit History: yes
# Have: 3ce250411435a87f521197a1d825ebd5873007ed
# Want: 3b74adda76a8a7a6cbdc0cfe7ea52f48bf2ed2f4
# Branch: main
# Action: pull
  * /usr/ports/ftp/R-cran-RCurl/Makefile
  * /usr/ports/ftp/R-cran-RCurl/distinfo
# Done.

If this is the problem, you'll need to change it in /usr/local/etc/gitup.conf
