The package for pycharm-ce can not run as built:

pkg info -rd pycharm-ce
Depends on     :

pycharm-ce-2020.3.3 requires openjdk11 or later. So I remove openjdk8 and 
forced on openjdk11. That starts but fails with:

OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM warning: Option UseConcMarkSweepGC was deprecated
in version 9.0 and will likely be removed in a future release.

FreeBSD Bugzilla shows:

2 bugs found.

My question is: why not just delete the port/package? It is pretty clear 
either there is no maintainer or he has more pressing matters on his/her
