usr/ports make readmes & description

yep, it works, from /usr/ports. What I was doing was watching it 
happening, expecting it to go into each port dir, seeing it not do that, 
then stopping it. Seems it does it at the end!!! whoops, which I didn't 
let happen. sorry for the noise
