The problem is now solved with firefox-76.0.1_2,1 and
firefox-esr-68.8.0_4,1.txz in two days by Jan Beich! BIG THANK YOU!

I would also like you to help me push out the Profile Downgrade
Protection from Firefox - a solution that prevents us from using our
own data in older versions, no migration / conversion alternative,
probably pushing towards storing all credentials in cloud profile -
unacceptable :-(
