Need rsync pkg for FreeBSD 10.3

I need the rsync pkg for FreeBSD-10.3 amd64.  I cannot build it using poudriere
because the pkg utility itself will not build on 10.3.

If anyone has this and can send it to me I would be grateful. An email
attachment (~300K) sent to this address should be fine but, please change the
extension from txz to txt.
