Probe0 sym0 Error 5 unretryable error

After powering down devices that were attached to the SCSI-bus (sym0), an SCSI CDROM got detached.

I did a camcontrol rescann all and the CDROM got attached again. Nonethless an error was screened:

Just for the record and if an SCSI/sym0 expert ca make head or tail of it?
