make delete-old

I'm doing it like the Makefile with the single-user-mode step, for local
machines which have console access. This isn't possible with remote systems 
with a non-functioning remote console, so for those, it's either rebooting, 
them make delete-old and make delete-old-libs, reboot again, or sidestep 
the issue by using freebsd-update and a releng branch.
