Upgraded XFCE, Panels Missing

I finally got the panels back, though I'm not quite sure what happened.  I
tinkered with some of the D-Bus packages and installed Qt 5.  Maybe that's
what was missing.  If it was, it might have happened while I first upgraded
the packages.
