11-STABLE to 12-STABLE Migration Questions

I have several production 11-STABLE systems I want to move to 12-STABLE.

I've clone the stable/12 repo and am doing buildworld and buildkernel.

Assuming I do mergemaster -Fi successfully, I should be able to happily install
a 12-STABLE environment.

However ... some questions:

- Does 12 have any significant config changes I should be ready for?
- Will I have to rebuild all my installed ports?  (We don't use packages.)
