About wayland

 I'm just throwing this out there.....
It's created under the MIT license.
In Massachusetts, there are two adjoining towns.... Wayland and Weston....  Wayland is the infrastructure and Weston is the compositor.
Could be?

I have a vague recollection it was named after Wayland the Smith
