poudriere port fails to build due to batch being defined

Hi,

context: poudriere-devel, recent ports, recent 12-STABLE, amd64

During a poudriere bulk run, fusefs-exfat fails to build with the following
error:

License GPLv2+ MSPAT needs confirmation, but BATCH is defined

How can I overcome this permanently?
