Have you tried booting it without loading any graphics kernel module at 
all? (That is, no kld_list= in /etc/rc.conf.) That would mean no 
hardware acceleration of graphics, but the system might run.

Also, have you *removed* this from /boot/loader.conf?
hw.syscons.disable=1
