Message from Samba

FreeBSD 12.0-p3 / amd64
samba 4.8.9

Ever since updating to FreeBSD 12, I have been seeing the following
message displayed on my screen.

Mar 18 08:14:22 scorpio nmbd[11202]: [2019/03/18 08:14:22.098528,  0] ../source3/nmbd/nmbd_namequery.c:109(query_name_response)                                 

Mar 18 08:14:22 scorpio nmbd[11202]:   query_name_response: Multiple (2) responses received for a query on subnet 192.168.0.101 for name WORKGROUP<1d>.         

Mar 18 08:14:22 scorpio nmbd[11202]:   This response was from IP 192.168.0.102, reporting an IP address of 192.168.0.102

Those three lines repeat incessantly. Only the time changes. This did
not happen with FreeBSD 11.

The IP 192.168.0.102 is a Win 10 PRO machine.

I was going to post this on the samba forum, but I thought I would
start here since this problem only manifested itself after updating 
FreeBSD.
