Yes, very often users completely ignore the EULA of their Pirate Bay
downloads.

Sometimes, before it's possible to agree, we need to move a
vertical scroll bar, but maybe the EU should enforce a control
system. Before it is possible to agree, the end user needs to answer 3
questions regarding the EULA's content.
