ktouch && libGL error: failed to open drm device: Permission denied

I'm trying to get 'ktouch' running in:

$ uname -a
FreeBSD c720-r342378 13.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 13.0-CURRENT GENERIC  amd64

and recent ports, all from SVN. It fails to start with:

$ LIBGL_DEBUG=verbose export LIBGL_DEBUG
$ ktouch
libGL error: failed to open drm device: Permission denied
libGL error: failed to load driver: i965
libGL: OpenDriver: trying /usr/local/lib/dri/swrast_dri.so

Any ideas?
