rcorder, script to be executed last?

Dear Colleagues,

How do I create a rc.d script which would be guaranteed to execute last
(after all other scripts) on system shutdown?

I want to place "apcupcd --killpower" there (and some procedure to check
if this shutdown has been initiated by apcupcd).

Or should I place it directly into /etc/rc.shutdown ?
