https://forums.freebsd.org/ blocked?

Hello we use quite allot of FreeBSD but it looks like our IP address 
(185.55.107.58) is blocked from accessing https://forums.freebsd.org/ i 
think this happened when we got a new IP address from our ISP. is it 
possible to get unblocked so we can continue to use the forums without a 
proxy?
