Install a port with DEBUG options

Hi,

I need your help.
I need to install mail/exim with DEBUG enabled, and especially
with CFLAGS=-O0 -ggdb
How do I achieve this?

I have tried the following:

make -DWITH_DEBUG=yes

However that does not seem to do what I want.

I am advised that it is possible to enable debug for any port by specifying
something like `DEBUG=yes STRIP=` as make additional arguments.

Someone please help me build mail/exim-mysql with debug options.
