Jails and Amavisd

I sorted this out.  The error message tells me exactly what is wrong,
I just did not understand the wording.  I need to either:

1. Specify a FQDN in the jail configuration

or

2. Explicitly set $myhostname with a FQDN in amavisd.conf as instructed.
