Response to Meltdown and Spectre

Sorry, but there is a fundamental difference between "bricked" and
"faulty/buggy/unusable/...". 

In the latter case you can revoke the change or install a better update
or a next change to fix (hopefully) the issue.

In the case of "bricked" you can't do anything (apart of changing the
hardware) to change the situation.
