Running bsdstats through a proxy

/etc/login.conf should work for you.  You can add whatever environment
settings you want to the  :setenv=MAIL=/var/mail/$,BLOCKSIZE=K:\ line.
Remember to run 'cap_mkdb /etc/login.conf' after editing the file.
