The literal answer is that something ran the patch command against a diff,
but patch cannot find the file(s) it expected to update.

Control-C...?
While it is possible to enter a diff by hand, the odds approach 100% that
if you do not already know what to change, what you really want to do is
cancel and then make sure your ports tree (or whatever it is you are building)
is up-to-date and does not have stale/outdated diffs lingering in the way.
You'll need to provide more details if you want more specific feedback.
