VHD Image Distribution

I have loaded Hyper-V image of FreeBSD 11 from:

ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/VM-IMAGES/11.0-RELEASE/amd64/Latest/

Does VHD distribution have Hyper-V specific configuration?

So, if I was to install FreeBSD 11 from standard disc1 distribution, would
I have to configure Hyper-V guest support?

I am just trying to understand a difference.
