keeping up with pkg after major OS upgrade

Sorry, I sent an html-email. Here is the raw text:

I upgraded my a bit older 9.2 via 10.0->10.3->11.0-RELEASE.


Now it seems that my ports and packages seem outdated.

How can I keep up and make my system in sync with the presence?
