pkgdb And pkgng?

Using 10.3-STABLE:

In the past, I used pkgdb -FLa to rebuild my dependency tree for my 
installed ports.   

When I now try to do this, it complains about not PKGNG suppor.  So...
how do I do the equivalent thing with pkg tools?
