Avoid exiting ssh shell with Ctrl-C

It took me a while to understand how to put all those things together...

In any case you suggest I apply

and just recompile csh?


I'd like to avoid moving to stable right now, since I'm in a hot period.

Any chanche we'll get an Errata and/or an MFC?
