nfs backing up to a QNAP

Just reading a QNAP MAnual, it says

anble and configure NFS on FReeBSD.

Then you can mount according.

What needs to be initised?

I am trying

mount -t nfs <NAS IP>:/shared/serverX <Directory to Mount> method.
