Gettin xfce4 up and running

The "startx" command is provided by X, and "startxfce4" originates
from Xfce. You need to create .xinitrc (or .xsession) with the
"exec startxfce4" command, then

	% startx

will start X and run Xfce. YOu can see this in 5.7.3.
