From the looks of it, the graphics system only sees one output ("default").
That means that you're probably not going to get any output.

Check the BIOS settings. It could be that the HDMI port is disabled.
Does your machine have two grapics systems, e.g. a Radeon or Nvidia on a card
and Intel graphics on the motherboard? In that case the HDMI port could belong
to the card you're not using...
