High LA caused by php-fpm

I suspect you can get away with just rebuilding those ports that  
actually depend on openssl, but I would have to defer to those with  
more experience on this.

What *I* did was portmaster -r openssl and portmaster -Rft php55  
(because I'm using php55). This was probably overkill.
