Dear folks,
I am encountering an error when updating ports using portmaster.
A message appears that the port is already installed and does not
update, I have switched to pkgng tools and encountered this before but
it fixed itself on two other machines.

You may wish to ``make deinstall'' and install this port again
by ``make reinstall'' to upgrade it properly.
If you really wish to overwrite the old port of devel/pcre
without deleting it first, set the variable "FORCE_PKG_REGISTER"
in your environment or the "make install" command line.

Now I hope that the issue fixes itself, but it is not doing so for the
past two weeks. Is there a nice fix so I can overcome these
difficulties?
Best Regards && Thanks in Advance
