Hi, since a couple or days ago I noted my home server was taking too long to boot. After issuing a dmesg I got this:

...

(ada0:ata2:0:0:0): READ_DMA. ACB: c8 00 27 db 5a 40 00 00 00 00 01 00
(ada0:ata2:0:0:0): CAM status: ATA Status Error
(ada0:ata2:0:0:0): ATA status: 51 (DRDY SERV ERR), error: 84 (ICRC ABRT )
(ada0:ata2:0:0:0): RES: 51 84 27 db 5a 00 00 00 00 01 00
(ada0:ata2:0:0:0): Retrying command
(ada0:ata2:0:0:0): READ_DMA. ACB: c8 00 7f 4b 4f 40 00 00 00 00 11 00
(ada0:ata2:0:0:0): CAM status: ATA Status Error
(ada0:ata2:0:0:0): ATA status: 51 (DRDY SERV ERR), error: 84 (ICRC ABRT )
(ada0:ata2:0:0:0): RES: 51 84 7f 4b 4f 00 00 00 00 11 00
(ada0:ata2:0:0:0): Retrying command

Then I performed a smart control on that drive:

sudo /usr/local/sbin/smartctl -t long /dev/ada0

Here's the output of sudo /usr/local/sbin/smartctl -a /dev/ada0:

Aparently the disk has no errors, what can be causing the errors shown in dmesg?.

I'm using this: FreeBSD server.rame.local 9.1-RELEASE FreeBSD 9.1-RELEASE #0 r243825: Tue Dec  4 09:23:10 UTC 2012     root at farrell.cse.buffalo.edu:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC  amd64
