php5-pgsql depends on postgresql92, but I have postgresql93

It's been a while since I installed php5-pgsql; but this circumstance has
existed for a long time.  As I recall, I never had a problem if I installed
PostgreSQL (binary or ports) first, and then installed php5-pgsql using the
ports.
