Commands to Configure - instances s within a VPC in one region to another instances within a VPC in another region

Hi,

I am working on an where I need to configure an internet getaway from
one Amazon
EC2 instance within a VPC in one region to communicate with another Amazon
EC2 instances within a VPC in another region.

Any posts / tutorial regarding that?
