make install package?

By default, it is /usr/ports/packages.  To make sure your packages are
stored there, make sure that directory exists.  Once it does, cd to
your favorite port directory and run this command:

make -V PKGFILE

The output should indicate that the package will be created in
/usr/ports/packages instead of the local directory.
