redirect incoming telnet to com port

Are your talking about "reverse telnet" cisco functionality?

Try to use comserv:
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/ports.cgi?query=comserv&stype=all

".Additionally, comservd can serve up local serial ports to remote
systems..."
