Fatal trop 12 page fault while kernel mode FreeBSD 9 release

HI guys, two days ago i installed a FreeBSD on my machine:
hw.model: AMD FX(tm) - 4100 quad core processor

I want to use the machine only as server (httpd, mysql, ftp and other)

I were installing some software e.g. squid, mysql when suddenly i saw
the message:

I rebooted the machine, it checked the file system, but i want to know
