Hello,

I have a serious problem with LAN bypass.
I am configuring a new appliance which embeddeds a LAN bypass on four ethernet cards.

When the system boots, it freezes at the stage of uart interface detection :

After nothing, the system is frozen with no option to act on It.
Reboot necessary !

I am using pfSense v.2.0-Release which is based on 8.1 version of FBSD.

Hardware is as follow :

Processor:
‧	Intel Dual- Core D525 1.8 GHz Processor

Memory:
‧	2x 204- pin SO-DIMM sockets, up to 4GB of DDR-3

Ethernet:
‧	6x PCI- E I/F LAN ports (Intel 82583 v GbE controller)
‧	2x PCI I/F LAN ports ( Intel 82541 PI GbE controller)

LAN By-Pass Function:
‧	2x pairs of PCI-E GbE ports support
‧	By- pass Enable/ Disable option
‧	By- pass Preset option
‧	By- pass Setup option

Any advise on how to solve this issue will be… most welcome !!!

Thanks
