where to ask about problems with bsdinstall in 9.0RC2?

You see?  That just goes to show you...   ;^)

The above section is missing from my 8.2-STABLE platform tar(1) man page.
The whole problem is my trying to "get there from here" - which was what
started this thread...  :-)
