ruby cpu 100% hang during pkgdb -F

I'm asking again about pkgdb -F because it's still running.

Regenerating +REQUIRED_BY files
Checking for cyclic dependencies
After more than 55 hours of runtine pkgdb -F still hasn't finished and
is 'Checking for cyclic dependencies'.
Is it normal that pkgdb -F takes such a long time?
And is there something I can do to fix this?
