Hey, this is easy (because it is FreeBSD).
# cd /var/db/pkg
# ls > /tmp/pkgs
# cd .... (you need some Gbyte of space there)
# mkdir PKGDIR
# cd PKGDIR
# sh
# while read pkgname; do pkg_create -Rnb $pkgname; done < /tmp/pkgs
this will create a binary packages ready for installation of all your
ports and other packages you have installed;
move the result over with DVD/USB and install them with pkg_add(1M);
