portaudit: exim vulnerable but exim-mysql not??

Hi,

   I've noticed that servers runing exim version 4.74 are being  
flagged by portaudit as having this vulnerability:

But systems with the port exim-mysql are not. This has to be an  
oversight doesn't it? If yes, who would need to be informed of this?
