OK, I dug a bit and found the problem ...

I have 4 memory slots on the motherboard : D C B A
When I put a memory stick in A _or_ C it works
When I put memory sticks in A _and_ C it works too
However, when I put memory sticks in A _and_ B or A _and_ B _and_ C it
fails ... (dual channel)

Could it be a bug... or a broken Bios ?
