upgrading 8.0 to 8.1, which tag to use?

RELENG_8 will get you STABLE, or, at the moment, 8.1-PRERELEASE. When
8.1-RELEASE is finished, you'll be able to get it with RELENG_8_1. I
don't think the tag exists just yet, though.
