glabel nor tunefs save my labels

I do not really understand what you are trying to say here?

Does 'tunefs ‐p /dev/ad0s1f' show that the label exists?

You should know that a label in /dev/ufs and /dev/ufsid is removed as soon as
the filesystem is mounted!
