X is broken after upgrade

When it crashes, i've noticed another error that shows on the console:

/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: /usr/local/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/intel_drv.so:
Undefinded symbol "xf86LoaderReqSymLists"

... not sure what that means exactly, any ideas?
