The UPDATING entry for the png update looks very wrong. Wrong date, wrong text, wrong instructions for portmaster.

   The png library has been updated to version 1.4.1.  Please rebuild all
   ports that depend on it.

   If you use portmaster:

         portmaster -r jpeg-

   If you use portupgrade:

         portupgrade -fr graphics/jpeg
