PKG_PATH: Undefined variable.

>cat .cshrc |grep -i package
setenv PACKAGESITE
ftp://ftp.cn.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-8.0-release/All/

So you should use PACKAGESITE instead of PKG_PATH you mentioned .
