Freebsd update from 7.2p8 to 7.3-RELEASE

Hello, 

I wanted to know if I could safely update one of my production server from 7.2p8 to 7.3-RELEASE without having to recompile all userland apps installed… ? 

I am using portmaster and have a couple of hundred ports installed…
