VirtualBox doesn't start

When I try to mount /proc via fstab and "mount -u -a" I get the 
following error message:

mount: proc : Invalid argument

The line in /etc/fstab is as following:

proc /proc procfs rw 0 0

Something is wrong here, too, but what?
